**Vampire Tot** is an uncommon item in tibo.dog. In-game description: “Heal 0.05 HP per kill.”

## Overview

Vampire Tot is an uncommon item that heals Tibo 0.05 HP for every kill. Copies stack additively. With no luck it is about 2.6% of random item rolls (25% Uncommon × 8/78).

Every kill counts, whatever killed the enemy: weapons, item effects, thorns or dogs, and elites and bosses too. Healing never goes above max HP. [sim-BkfBhQfw.js: `let i=e.loadout.stats.healOnKill;i>0&&us(e,i)`]

0.05 HP is small: 20 kills heal 1 HP and 1,000 kills heal 50 HP. How much it gives depends on how fast you kill, which rises sharply as crowds grow over a run.

## Tips

- It is weakest early, when kills are slow, and best late in big crowds.
- Compare it with [Pickle Jar](/items/pickle-jar) (0.1 HP per second): Vampire Tot heals more only while you kill more than two enemies per second.
